POEMS

   I have a little frog
1/  I have a little frog
His name is Tiny Tim.
I put him in the bathtub
To see if he could swim.
He drank up all the water
He gobbled up the soap
And when he tried to talk
He had a bubble in his throat.

2/ Our Puppies
Little ears as soft as silk,
Little teeth as white as milk,
Little nose cool and pink,
Little eyes that blink and blink,
Little bodies run and fat,
Little hearts that pit a pat,
Surrely prettier puppies never,
Were before nor can be ever.

3/  Birch Trees
The night is white,
The moon is high,
The birch trees lean
Against the sky.
The cruel winds
Have blown away
Each little leaf
Of silver gray.
O lonely trees
As white as wool…
That moonlight makes
So beautiful.

4/Routine
No matter what we are and who,
Some duties everyone must do:
A Poet puts aside his wreath
To wash his face and brush his teeth,
And even Earls
Must comb their curls,
And even Kings

Have underthings.
